A message from our CEO + what’s coming in 2025!

Staff members who make up Undivided

As 2024 ends, it’s time to reflect on our impact, the lessons we’ve learned, and the insights shaping our path into 2025. 750,000 caregivers used Undivided’s free resource library. Over 2,000 families created accounts to build roadmaps. Over 500 families worked with Undivided Navigators to unlock critical services. One theme stands out above all: the critical importance of equipping parents with essential knowledge.

Throughout the year, I’ve heard countless parents say, “I had no idea.” Thankfully, this is often followed by, “Before Undivided, I had no idea my child could…” This highlights a core issue — there’s no clear guide to help parents navigate resources and opportunities for their kids. Without this knowledge, families miss essential services. Bridging that gap is one of our most urgent missions.

Every family in the community helps improve Undivided, sharing knowledge and making support more accessible to others. You can help by sharing Undivided with your Regional Center service coordinators and providers. Together, we can ensure no family has to start from scratch or miss out on the support they deserve. Here’s how:

→ Send this note to your service coordinator: “Undivided has been a huge resource for my family, helping us access care, navigate Medi-Cal, and improve my IEP. While I’ve paid for it out of pocket, I recommend considering Undivided as a vendor so all parents can benefit from their guidance and support — regardless of financial means.”

→ Send this note to larger providers, especially those with social work teams: “Undivided has been invaluable for my family. Their platform helps us better understand and access the critical services our child needs, leaving us less overwhelmed and more able to fully use the support your team provides.”

At Undivided, we believe in the power of community and shared knowledge. Thank you for helping us bring this mission to more families in need.

On behalf of the entire Undivided team, happy holidays and Happy New Year! Here’s to an impactful 2025.

With gratitude,

Seth Besse, CEO
