Big changes ahead? Let’s talk transition IEPs for all ages

Child with a disability at school with peers

Transitions and milestones have a way of sneaking up on us, even when we know they’re coming. One day you’re finally feeling like you’re getting into the groove of your child’s school routine, and the next you’re being asked to consider what’s next – a new grade level, a new school, new classmates, teachers, and even life after high school. For families of kids with disabilities, these moments can come with even more questions, more planning, and a transition IEP that suddenly feels… like a lot.

From preschool drop-offs to high school goodbyes, we’re here to help you tackle transition IEPs — and make the whole transition easier for your child (and for you, too).
