About the speakers
Lisa Concoff Kronbeck – Undivided Public Benefits Specialist
Lisa Concoff Kronbeck has both personal and professional experience in the disability community. Her daughter Leah was born two months early with Down syndrome, esophageal atresia, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, and congenital heart defects, and relies on a g-tube (feeding tube), Daniel Tiger cartoons, and Sesame Street for daily sustenance. Before Leah was born, Lisa was an advocate at a disability rights nonprofit, working primarily in the public benefits unit with services like Medi-Cal, In-Home Supportive Services, and Social Security Disability Insurance. Lisa also identifies as a person with disabilities. She shares her extensive knowledge of public benefits with Undivided families, providing parents with the tools, support, and knowledge they need to advocate for their children with disabilities.

Leslie Lobel – Undivided Director of Health Plan Advocacy
For the last twenty-five years, Leslie Lobel has been working with parents of children with disabilities who require assistance with the private insurance system to rectify billing issues, pursue claims payment, or initiate medical pre-authorizations and appeals to overturn unjust denials. Her adult daughter Sarah has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, microcephaly, cortical blindness, and a newly identified genetic diagnosis of TBCD (one of eight currently identified in the world). Leslie loves doing the New York Times crossword puzzle, baking desserts, and listening to baseball.
