Undivided is here for all of your back-to-school needs!

Welcome to Undivided video

Does it feel like no matter how much you get done, your back-to-school to-do list keeps growing and growing and…you get it. When the kids start school, the pressure of putting everything in place can feel a little (a lot) crushing, especially when you don’t know where to turn for help. That’s where we come in.

Undivided is here with back-to-school support like never before. Want to think about ways to introduce your child? We have a template for that. Want to know how to write a letter requesting an educational assessment? We have a step-by-step guide for that. Worried your child needs more support than they’re getting? We have a roadmap for that goal. Want to store all your child’s documents in one digital spot? We’ve got a digital binder for that. Wish a workspace existed that organized all of these things in one place?! Meet Undivided.

We’re here to make the journey back to school easier, from a first-of-its-kind digital platform and resource hub to a team of Navigators, a panel of experts in insurance, education, and public benefits, a community of parents, and more — we’ve got everything you need to tackle back-to-school like a pro! Check out some of what we offer to make the transition to school a little smoother:

A digital workspace to help you get more done

Undivided is more than an app — our desktop and mobile platform does what you’ve always wished you had and never knew you needed. Backed by experts and partners, we’ve created a unique digital space that was designed specifically for families like ours. Three questions we always hear: What’s out there? How can I get it? Who can help me? Our technology allows you to create a roadmap for your child and your family. It breaks down how you can tackle your goals, step-by-step. There are always a lot of balls to juggle during back-to-school season — education, public benefits, funding options…the list goes on. We help parents find their way — and their wins — sooner than they could alone.

Don’t know where to look next? The Undivided app will help guide you. Sign up for a free account here and start exploring our digital platform today!

Free resources: designed with experts, made for you

Discover thousands of resources that can help you navigate school and beyond. Once you create a free account, you can design and populate your own personalized resource library to reference at any time. Articles, events, video clips — you can find it all in your Undivided account. To learn the top 5 must-know essentials for parents as we gear up to send our kid back to school — and make a plan to tackle them — read our article School’s Back! 5 Essentials for the First Week. And if you missed it last week, grab your free, downloadable back to school toolkit here. When you’re done, dive into our other resources and see what’s next for your family’s journey!

Undivided Education and IEP Template Library

Are you wondering how to create an “All About Me” with an IEP summary to introduce your child to new teachers, providers, and other staff? We offer free printables and templates in our Education and IEP Template Library, along with a bunch of other templates and sample letters, to make it easier to stay organized and communicate about your child’s needs. Listen as Karen Ford Cull, Education Advocate and Undivided Content Specialist, shares her top tips on how to introduce your child to a new teacher.

Digital binder? Yes, please

One million documents, one place to organize them. It’s 2024, who wants to deal with the mess of paperwork?! Not us. An Undivided membership gives you access to a secure digital super binder that’s accessible from anywhere, easily shareable, and organized for your family’s needs. You can store copies of progress reports, communication logs, your child’s full IEP or 504, medical documents, and more in the Undivided platform, kept securely and all in one place.

One-on-one support unlike anything you’ve experienced

With expert-built software, collective knowledge of thousands of families, and decades of lived experience, this is support in a completely new way. Our Navigators have advocated for services for their own children, and they’re backed by the expertise of researchers, specialists, and industry experts to help with anything you need to make school as successful as possible. We know your time is precious, and one of our personal goals is that you get some time back – dare we say… for yourself?! With a Navigator membership, enjoy unlimited messaging with your personal Navigator right in the Undivided app, plus schedule your monthly Boost calls to have all your questions answered. Check out these top back-to-school tips from some of our Navigators:

Weekly face time with experts

Have a specific question about your child’s IEP, an upcoming assessment, or therapies provided at school? An Undivided membership brings you face-to-face with experts during what we like to call “Office Hours.” During these virtual Office Hours, you have the opportunity to ask anything that’s on your mind, and specific to you and your family, directly to our education, public benefits, and insurance specialists — and get actionable answers right away. Office Hours is like having a direct hotline to experts who can tackle all your questions and help you with any challenge, big or small. Our next Office Hours is on August 21st, where you can start the school year right by getting all your IEP questions answered.

The BEST community

We may be biased, but we strive to make the Undivided community one of the most supportive groups of parents you can find. In our private Facebook group, we have parents offering up IEP advice, back-to-school mantras of support, and more. Take it from parents who know — getting through the first days of a long school year is a lot easier when you have people rooting for you and helping guide you along the way. Join the FB group here!

So the big question: where do I start?
Depending on your needs, you have choices ranging from a free membership, to our Undivided platform and app, to 1:1 guidance with a Navigator.

As one parent told us,”I was very disorganized before. My child has lots of different providers, services, entities she works with. You should have seen my file cabinet with all the different papers sporadically thrown places. With Undivided you can upload all of your documents…and you will always have access to them. Lifesaver.”
